In accordance with The Santa Fe Trail Ranch Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs), 6 June 2017, Article III, paragraph 3.4.1.2, the Property Owner’s Association (POA) Board of Directors has called for a Special Owner’s Meeting for the purpose of accepting voting ballots concerning the proposed updates and changes to the CCRs cited above.
This Special Meeting will be held in conjunction with the previously scheduled Board of Directors meeting on June 1st, 9:00am at the Metro District Operations Center (MOC) located at 33712 Mountain View, Trinidad, CO.
Ballots will be mailed to property owners on May 2nd, 2024 and must be received by the SFTR POA Secretary no later than the start of the Special Meeting on June 1st, 2024.
Owner Education sessions will be held at the MOC on April 13th and 20th at 9:00am to share the reorganization of the CCRs, the ballot measures, and equally important address any questions or concerns you may have.
