Participants: John Sanders, Jim Davis, Nancy Allred, Pat Roehl, George Gonzalez.

Agenda:

1. PLANNING 2008 ACTIVITIES – The following activities were discussed:
    
   1. DATABASE ENHANCEMENT – Meet in January to prioritize list of ongoing database enhancements.
       
   2. WATER TUTORIAL – Work with Metro to generate documentation that answers questions about Metro water connection that are not currently addressed on website.
       
   3. WELCOME WAGON – Publish ESC’s Welcome document on website.  (Done!)
       
   4. INVOLVE NEW & ABSENTEE PROPERTY OWNERS – Several methods of learning about property sales were discussed, as well as the possibility of adding a covenant requirement that new property owners have some form of contact with the POA prior to closing.  This contact would provide new owners with more information than current state law requires, and would promote an exchange of accurate contact information.  This discussion will continue at the next meeting.
       
2. NEXT MEETING – At 9:00 AM on January 5, 2008 at FPFPD Fire Station on SFTR.
