Meeting Minutes
July 16, 2004

Discussion:

  1. Budget performance was reviewed. We currently have sufficient monies for regular maintenance and limited red ash application for the rest of this year. The increased trash container requirements have cut into the Common Area budget, and expected legal fees will likely do the same.
     
  2. There is approximately $15,000 earmarked for eventualities, such as snow removal.
     
  3. The possibility of aggregate road base application next year was tabled until the results of the proposed dues increase are known. Without additional monies, there will be less road maintenance and improvement possible next year than will be done through this year.
     
  4. The currently scheduled areas of red ash application were agreed on and prioritized, with work expected to begin next week.
     
  5. In order to guarantee parity to all residents, the Committee requests that all requests, comments, or complaints pertaining to the roads be submitted to the Committee at or by attending a meeting of the Road Committee.
