SFTR Governance

The Covenants have been updated as the result of a positive vote of the Owners.  Most of the changes were minor, dealing with language corrections.  The most significant changes are the clarification of collection procedures, Association options in dealing with nonpayment of assessments, and the prohibition of mineral development.  The updated document will be recorded at the Las Animas County Clerk and Recorder's office and is also available to Owners and Realtors on our website.
