System 2, which includes all of the piping on Owen Baldwin between tank 1 and tank 2, and the laterals off that line, is pressurized and undergoing leak repairs. An estimated ETA for completion of that work is the end of September.
The system 2 lines are being sanitized with super-chlorinated water at the same time they're being repaired.
Modular frost-proof meter pits are on order and expected before the end of the month, at which time we'll be able to start connecting customers.
