Subject: Your e-mail "Current State of the Water System"

Bill and Michael

After reading your e-mail regarding the "current state of the water system" I can only imagine your level of frustration. It is difficult for me to determine what specific actions you are recommending that will get the water system operational. If as you state the metro district is out of money and the water system cannot be operated what course of action do you propose? Other than sharing your individual level of frustration and personal dissatisfaction with the actions of others with the entire POA membership I see no benefit in your message.

Additionally, your detailed analysis of the situation leaves out one important fact. Regardless of whether the water system ever works or not we the property owners are obligated to pay back the bonds. Your comments regarding the number of people not paying the monthly assessments is very misleading. It only encourages people to not pay which moves us all closer to an increase in property taxes to retire the debt. To fail to mention this is the same kind of mismanagement and misinformation you so openly accuse others of doing.

I am sure you feel better having gotten this poison out of your system. I look forward to future discussions where you bring forth solutions on getting the water system operational. Additionally, I am sure you will have an answer as to how we get more money for the roads without increasing the cost to property owners.
