We appreciate all the hard work being done by those unfortunates who chose to get involved with our water system, and the purpose of these comments is not to criticize anyone! It seems that it may be an idea to try what we have and see how it works before we reinvent the wheel. I've found through long experience that any engineer will arrive at a whole different set of conclusions from a set of facts than all other engineers. The more engineering we do, the more changes will be recommended. Let's try the system as is; it'll either work or it won't! Who knows?
