The Santa Fe Trail Ranch Metropolitan District Board of Directors met in a special session to in part review the 2005 budget status and the 2006 proposed budget activity. You will find included in this posting the October year to date budget status and the proposed budget for the year of 2006.
These details are being provided to you in compliance with Colorado State requirements for budget postings and to solicit any questions you may have prior to the Board’s formal adoption of this proposed budget. The Board meeting will be scheduled towards to the end of December.
Should you have any questions regarding this proposed 2006 Metro budget please forward those to the Board Treasurer, Bob T. Scott at scott.r.t@att.net so that they may be brought to the Board meeting for discussion and consideration. Questions for general information and clarification not requiring any change to the proposed budget may be responded to sooner.
