2006 SFTR Metro District Budget
Revision 1 - 4/4/2006

The Santa Fe Trail Ranch Metropolitan District met in a Special Session on April 4, 2006.  The Board considered a proposal to expand the existing water system to include eight fire hydrants strategically located around the Ranch where sufficient water volume and pressure are available.  The cost for this expansion is estimated to be $25,000 which is included in the System Expansion account of the proposed revised budget.  The proposal was unanimously passed by the Board.  The fire hydrants are planned at the following approximate locations:

• Old Mission Ridge and Gallinas
• Old Mission Ridge and Timber Park
• Rainbow Springs and Trail Ridge
• Owen Baldwin and Tall Oaks
• Owen Baldwin and Chipmunk
• Owen Baldwin and Cottonwood
• Owen Baldwin and Doewood
• Oak Park almost to Little Bear and Overlook

The Board of Directors will make its final decision at its planned meeting in early to mid May.
