2009 Year End Report
Road Committee

During 2009 we rebuilt 2 cull de sacs, Squaw Creek and the end of Fishers Peak.

We applied approximately 4.8 miles of new road base to portions of the following roads:

Normal road maintenance continues with regular grading of all roads.

Most of our primary roads are in pretty good shape and we have been able to begin applying material to some of our many occupied cull de sacs. Given our budget restraints we are only able to apply from 4.5 to 5 miles of new road base per year. Some of our primary roads have never had any material applied and several that were treated in the late 90’s or early 2000’s will need to be retreated soon.

During 2010 we will try to work on some of the worst cull de sacs as well as a portion of some primary roads. We will have a 2010-planning meeting in January or early February to finalize plans for the coming year.
