COVENANTS are to keep the SFTR Property a desirable place to live for all Owners.
The purpose of the Covenant Committee is to protect the peace and security, as well as the investment of the property owners. The committee implements and drafts valid covenants, and when necessary enforces said covenants.
In the past two years the Committee presented changes in the Voting Articles, and clarifications in Covenant verbiage. Both received a positive vote from the Property Owners. Most recently, the Committee asked for and was endorsed to strengthen Property Owner Mineral Rights, keeping out Coal Bed Methane exploration on the Ranch.
